CNC External Bush / Track Grinder
The EBG Series CNC External Bush / Track Grinder is specifically designed for high-precision OD grinding of bush components and track grinding of bearing parts. It delivers consistent accuracy, superior surface finish, and high productivity, making it ideal for demanding industrial applications.
The machine features a robust one-piece, specially graded close-grain cast iron bed with a box-type structure and optimized ribbing. This ensures excellent static rigidity and vibration-free dynamic performance for stable grinding operations.
The main X-axis is equipped with precision cross roller guideways, ensuring smooth and accurate movement. A servo-controlled X-Y dresser unit, mounted on the main slide with cross roller guideways and centralized lubrication, enables precise profile grinding with interpolation capability.
