CNC Lip Grinder
The LG Series CNC Lip Grinder is designed with a horizontal spindle and vertical rotary table / magnetic centerless shoe, making it highly versatile for multiple grinding applications.
The machine is ideal for surface grinding of flat components as well as lip and face grinding of bush and bearing-type parts, delivering high precision and consistent surface finish. Built on a one-piece, specially graded close-grain cast iron bed with a box-type structure and optimized ribbing, the machine ensures excellent rigidity and vibration-free performance.
The system is equipped with a cartridge-type wheel spindle for stable grinding operations and a heavy-duty workhead spindle with live center, ensuring strong and reliable workpiece support during machining.
